We are looking for talent like you for: **BUDGET ENGINEER/ARCHITECT** Main Responsibilities · Direct communication with clients to prepare budgets. · Creation and updating of item catalog (database). · Labor matrix. · Quantification of materials and equipment. · Additional, extraordinary, and final budgets. · Site visits and work surveys. · Unit price analysis. · Estimation of required yields and resources. · Handling external and internal quotation requests. · Quotation of materials and equipment. · Cost analysis for construction projects. · Monitoring of actual costs. · Frequent monitoring of material, equipment, and tool prices to improve budget competitiveness. **Attitudes and Skills:** * Effective communication. * Self-taught. * Time management/organization. * Problem solving. * Responsibility. * Critical and rational thinking. * Multidisciplinary. * Proactive. * Loyalty. **Requirements** \-Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering**. \-Knowledge in engineering and installations: Integral installations: Fire Protection Systems (FPS), electrical, smoke and gas detection, HVAC, Plumbing Special installations: Home automation (essential), Access Control, CCTV, Lighting Systems, Audio and Sound Systems, Structured Cabling. \-Knowledge of materials used in the mentioned installations. \-Knowledge of construction processes for installations and engineering works. \-Experience: 2 years in similar roles. \-Knowledge of unit prices. \-Advanced proficiency in AUTOCAD and NEODATA (essential).
