Work location: CDMX \- Cuauhtémoc. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (shift rotation or on-call duties possible). Desired: Provide support to business areas and internal/external customers to ensure normal operation of various systems. Deliver support and training to end users regarding the use of various tools. Monitor normal application operations for end customers, including servers, networks, backups, contingency plans, and information security.
