Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability Scrum Master – Hybrid Role in Toluca We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to support agile teams in delivering high\-quality technology solutions for a major financial client. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills, experience working with cross\-functional teams, and the ability to drive Agile best practices in a dynamic environment. The position follows a **hybrid work model in Toluca, 3 days per week onsite**. Transportation support may be provided by the company if the selected candidate is unable to commute independently. Key Responsibilities * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Support the team in following Agile/Scrum practices and continuously improving delivery processes. * Help remove blockers and ensure smooth communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership. * Track team progress, risks, dependencies, and action items. * Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team. * Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders. * Support reporting and visibility of sprint progress, team capacity, and delivery status. * Encourage continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the team. Required Qualifications * Previous experience as a **Scrum Master**, Agile Lead, Project Coordinator, or similar role. * Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and software delivery environments. * Experience facilitating meetings, managing priorities, and supporting delivery teams. * Strong communication, organization, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work with technical and business stakeholders. * Comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office in Toluca 3 days per week. * English proficiency is desirable. Preferred Qualifications * Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe, or similar. * Experience working with financial services, banking, or enterprise clients. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. * Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams. Work Model * **Hybrid position:** 3 days per week onsite in Toluca. * **Transportation support:** Available if the candidate is unable to commute independently. * **Client:** Financial services / banking sector.
