




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering student with logical and structured thinking to optimize operational processes by improving Macros and Excel files. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of operational processes using Macros and Excel. 2. Promotes continuous improvement and efficient use of technology. 3. Generates technical documentation for maintenance and knowledge transfer. Student pursuing a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Informatics, or Computer Science. Improvement of Macros and Excel Files for Operational Process Optimization. Using IT tools to streamline processes, enhance internal files, optimize Macros for better data comprehension, improved information control, reduced data entry time, and minimized human errors across various departments of the plant. This initiative aims to drive continuous improvement, promote efficient use of technology, and generate technical documentation that facilitates maintenance, scalability, and knowledge transfer within the organization. Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) (Macros, advanced formulas, PivotTables, integration with Word), basic knowledge of structured programming and algorithmic logic. Logical and structured thinking, attention to detail, ability to optimize time and improve existing processes. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
