Paseo de los Sauces #3, Col. Isidro Fabela, Zona Industrial Lerma **Position Objective:** As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan; managing, administering, and supervising personnel to carry out activities aimed at meeting departmental performance indicators; ensuring compliance with production processes; executing your responsibilities and verifying adherence to the Integrated Management System for Food Safety (SGCIA) processes as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising operational areas. * Knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, HACCP, 5S. * Continuous improvement tools. * Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging production processes. * Personnel management skills. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Experience with ERP systems (SAE). **Skills:** * Leadership * Accountability * Adaptability * Sense of urgency * Problem analysis and decision-making **Responsibilities:** * Shift handover and takeover per procedure. * Production line start-up and balancing. * Organization of work teams per production line. * Adherence to the production plan. * Control of line-specific losses (waste/losses). * Data entry and analysis. * Validation of material codes in SAE. * Inventory and production reconciliation. * Loss control. * Line release. * Development, updating, and improvement of documentation. * Achievement of KPIs. **Employment Offer** * Net monthly salary: $11,500.00 to $16,000.00 (initial range determined based on competency-based interview) * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS registration) * Laundry service * Medical service * Professional development / employment retention. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Food and Beverage **Skills:** * Leadership * Accountability * Adaptability * Decision-making * Problem analysis *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6a02187b36000067003b9fb0&source=indeed*
