Comprehensive management of hospital pharmacy Cellular Performance Institute, a globally renowned institution, seeks Licensed Pharmacist-Biologists (QFB) for the position of Pharmacy Assistant. Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is seeking a QFB to manage control, dispensing, and preparation of medications for the hospitalization unit of TAM Hospital. We are widely regarded as the world’s leading facility for stem cell treatment and manufacturing. Our weekly patient flow includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Controls, prepares, and dispenses medications to the hospitalization unit, promoting rational use and ensuring appropriate conditions (temperature, pharmaceutical form, and quantities). * Verifies prescription accuracy, records transactions in the pharmacy system, and maintains up-to-date logs (visits, cleaning, fumigation). * Conducts weekly, monthly, and annual inventories of assigned medications, monitoring expiration dates and reporting discrepancies. * Receives medications, validates invoices and delivery conditions, enters information into the system, and coordinates with procurement. * Organizes medications on shelves by expiration date, maintaining cleanliness and order, and ensuring proper storage. * Performs activities including pharmacotherapeutic profiling, prescription appropriateness assessment, medication reconciliation, and advisory support to medical and nursing staff. * Responds to reports of adverse drug reactions, technovigilance events, and health alerts issued by COFEPRIS. * Manages out-of-stock medication requests promptly. * Performs administrative tasks (record book control, temperature and humidity monitoring, document filing) and prepares reports requested by management. * Briefs incoming staff on pending tasks to ensure continuity of operations. * Knows and applies sanitary regulations (NOMs, FEUM, LGS, RIS). * Participates in documenting and updating standardized pharmacy operating procedures. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biology (licensed) or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy. * Proficiency in MS Office and G\-Suite. * Intermediate English. * Organized. * Analytical ability. * High sense of responsibility. * Proactive. * Team player. **We Offer:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * All statutory benefits. * IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Seniority bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Free medical consultations. * Free emotional support sessions. * Free laboratory, radiology, and imaging studies. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Salary:** * $15,658\.80 MXN gross monthly (biweekly payment) **LEARN ABOUT US** * https://www.instagram.com/cpistemcells Thank you for your interest in this position.
