We specialize in automotive maintenance for vehicle fleets across various industries. **Requirements:** · Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. · Knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance for gasoline and/or diesel vehicles. · Familiarity with mechanical workshop tools and machinery. · Availability to rotate shifts. · Valid driver's license. · Personnel management skills. · Customer-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of gasoline and/or diesel vehicles. · Ensure proper repairs and optimal performance of engines, electrical systems, brakes, and other critical components. · Assign tasks to staff, monitor performance, and promote a safe and efficient working environment. · Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards in all performed work. · Conduct timely diagnostics to efficiently identify and correct failures. · Follow up on services with customers. · Supervise inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for repairs. · Request procurement of supplies and spare parts when necessary. **We Offer:** · Competitive base salary. · Statutory Benefits: · Social Security Insurance. · 50% vacation bonus. · 12 vacation days. · 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo).
