Job stability and career development in industrial maintenance. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment used in industrial water treatment systems, guaranteeing operational continuity, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards and service requirements for industrial clients. **Requirements** *Education* Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related field. Knowledge of industrial water treatment systems is desirable. **Experience** Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Field experience and support across multiple industrial plants. Experience with chemical dosing equipment and hydraulic systems is desirable. **Technical Knowledge** Chemical dosing pumps. Electric motors. Industrial agitators. Piping systems and connections. Basic interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. Development and monitoring of maintenance programs. Spare parts and resource management. Use of diagnostic and maintenance tools. **Competencies** High sense of responsibility and commitment. Ability to work independently. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Organization and follow-up capability. Problem-solving skills. Effective communication with clients and operational staff. Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently. **Additional Requirements** Valid driver's license. Willingness to travel. Flexible working hours. Basic Excel and technical reporting skills. Main Responsibilities Execute and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance program. Perform maintenance on chemical dosing pumps, motors, agitators, and water treatment equipment. Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical failures in industrial equipment. Coordinate maintenance activities across various client plants. Manage assigned time, tools, and resources. Prepare technical reports and documentation of completed work. Verify proper equipment operation after maintenance. Manage required spare parts and materials for activities. Track incidents and provide immediate response to critical failures. Maintain consistent communication with clients and supervisors. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene regulations during plant activities.
