




Position Summary: Maintenance Coordinator responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and support the production area. Requires knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics. **Position:** Maintenance Coordinator **Department/Area:** Maintenance **Position Objective:** Perform preventive maintenance according to the established plan to prevent equipment failures and maintain equipment in optimal condition. **POSITION PROFILE** **Academic Qualification:** Technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field, completed or incomplete, and/or relevant experience. **Work Experience:** Three (1\) years in related areas. **Skills Required for the Position:** 1\. Initiative. **Specific Knowledge Required for the Position:** * Medium / High / Low Voltage Electricity * Mechanics of presses and elevators. * Hydraulics * Maintenance of overhead cranes * **lean manufacturing** **Valid Driver's License** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Prepare reports, logs, and track maintenance requests. 4\. Report to Production Management material requirements for corrective or preventive maintenance. 5\. Provide support to the production area as required by the department. 6\. Perform daily cleaning of assigned area 5 minutes before the end of the work shift. 7\. Compliance with TYRSOL QMS indicators. 8\. Active and effective participation in the 5S culture. 9\. Respect training programs. 10\. Ensure personnel comply with established safety equipment requirements. 11\.
