Applies 5S standards and safety protocols A prominent industrial company is seeking an INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. Requirements: \- Letter of recommendation from most recent employer \- Education: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Ensure operational continuity, safety, and efficiency of facilities by leading technical staff in maintenance activities. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN: Technical Supervision: Ensure that installations and repairs comply with regulations and technical drawings. Industrial Safety: Implement occupational health and safety protocols for supervised personnel and contractors. On-site Supervision: Continuous monitoring of work crews during field activities. Work Permit Management: Issuance of work permits, risk analysis per trade, and 5-minute safety talks. PPE Audit: Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and certified tools. Document Management: Completion of checklists, safety talk logs, and various client-specified safety forms. Performing activities under 5S standards. Prior experience with safety and hygiene protocols. WORK LOCATION: Tequila. Ignacio Manuel Altamirano 1st Section, Tab. Morning shift: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday; willingness to rotate shifts.
