CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE Leading Fiscal Warehouse specializing in foreign trade handling and custody seeks a Traffic Executive. Requirements: * \- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field. * \- Availability to work rotating shifts is mandatory. * \- Prior experience in shipment tracking, import/export operations, fault handling, and customs clearance. * \- Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with customers. * \- Excellent attention to detail and efficient problem-solving capability. Responsibilities: * \- Track the supply chain from origin point to final destination. * \- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the import and export of goods. * \- Resolve issues and manage faults during transportation. * \- Comply with customs regulations and ensure all goods meet legal requirements. * \- Maintain constant interaction with customers and suppliers to guarantee effective information flow. * \- Collaborate with various departments to continuously improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
