A prominent logistics operator with 98 years of market experience, specializing in integrated logistics and foreign trade solutions, is seeking talent to join its team as: Customer Service Advisor – Foreign Trade Requirements * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete undergraduate degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the foreign trade area. * Customs entry processing and customs procedures (essential). * Desired knowledge in: * Tax calculation. * Non-tariff regulations. * Personal competencies: * Proactivity * Responsibility * Punctuality * Organization * Customer orientation Main Responsibilities * Preparation and follow-up of customs entries. * Performing tax calculations and generating accurate quotations for clients. * Monitoring compliance with non-tariff regulations. * Providing personalized customer service and timely follow-up. * Resolving inquiries and offering effective solutions. * Recording and validating deposits. * Managing customs entry validation and payment verification. * Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
