Position Summary: We are seeking a Quotation Specialist to deliver efficient service and satisfy our customer base by managing quotations, sales, and customer support for construction materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and management of quotations and sales of materials. 2. Telemarketing promotion and customer negotiation. 3. Customer consultation and resolution of inquiries. An established company with over 20 years of experience in selling lightweight construction materials seeks a QUOTATION SPECIALIST. **Position Objectives:** Provide the highest level of service to the external sales representatives’ customer portfolio, enhancing service efficiency to ensure full customer satisfaction. **Requirements and Experience:** One to two years of experience in similar roles. Background in sales and customer service, numerical aptitude, and proficiency in handling metrics and reports. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers for both purchases and quotations, either in person, via telephone, or through WhatsApp. * Conduct telemarketing promotions. * Cost and quote products. * Administer sales documentation. * Negotiate with customers. * Utilize social media platforms. * Track purchases and sales. * Prioritize quotations based on operational needs. * Convert quotation requests into sales. * Invoice completed sales. * Resolve customer inquiries and advise them on their purchases. * Maintain a friendly demeanor and excellent attitude at all times. * Schedule deliveries. * Answer telephone calls courteously and amicably. * Respond to email inquiries. * Verify bank transfers with the cashier. * Review cancellations and returns, ensuring compliance with requirements to enable proper follow-up. * Request cancellations for tickets. * Prepare weekly reports on incidents. **We Offer:** Statutory Benefits Direct Employment Positive Work Environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: Starting at $3,256.00 per week Benefits: * Salary increases * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
