Main Responsibilities: Physical and digital document management and organization Registration and updating of customer, employee, and supplier databases. Preparation of reports, invoices, and administrative documentation Support in procurement and Human Resources. Monitoring of administrative processes in accordance with internal policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration Proficiency in PC use (Excel, Word, email) Experience in procurement Experience in billing and payments. Documentation management Intermediate-to-advanced English Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and sense of urgency Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site employment
