Our team consists of highly qualified professionals dedicated to excellence in their work. *JOB REQUIREMENTS* * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduated) REQUIRED. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position * Knowledge of general accounting and taxes * Proficiency in CONTPAQi, COI, NOI, and EXCEL (Intermediate level) *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring the integrity of financial information. * Analyze and approve financial statements, trial balances, and accounting reports. * Implement and monitor internal accounting and tax controls. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Review and approve special reports and intercompany reconciliations. * Manage the updating and proper accounting of new clients or accounting changes. * Collaborate with departments such as Tax, Payroll, Billing, and Human Resources. * Validate and follow up on compliance with tax obligations (monthly and annual). * Respond to requests and audits from tax authorities. * Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team under supervision. * Promote a positive work environment with good communication and a results-driven focus. * Participate in interviews and integration processes for new staff. * Support the accounting team during periods of high workload or absences. *COMPENSATION AND ADDITIONAL BENEFITS* * Monthly salary of $20,000 net per month. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work mode: *On-site* (Hacienda Acambay 19, Coapa, Prados Coapa 3ra Secc, Tlalpan, 14357 Mexico City, CDMX) * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training in accounting and finance topics. * Collaborative work environment.
