Minimum 3 years of experience performing this role in the HPDC area. Knowledge of mechanics, control hydraulics, pneumatics, safety systems, stamping presses, Buhler aluminum die-casting machines, melting furnaces, holding furnaces, ABB robots, MAXIMO, ORACLE, IPF, KRONOS. Knowledge of key indicators: MTBF, MTTR, OEE.**Job Description:** The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor relate to process execution. Key responsibilities include: * Leadership and personnel management. * Administration of the 3-year maintenance budget. * Participation in GMPs and updating cost charts. * Contribution to GMP for analysis and improvement of FTQ, OEE, and SCRAP indicators. * Development of short- and medium-term plans and scheduled shutdown programs. * Preparation of machine availability, reliability, and failure analyses. * Role administration and personnel development, KRONOS administration. * Ensuring and scheduling technical personnel training. * Assignment of preventive and predictive maintenance workloads to each technician. * Support and response to production lines. * Knowledge of machining and assembly processes. * Interpretation of diagrams (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.). **Required Skills and Education** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Proficiency in MAXIMO. * Proficiency in KRONOS. * Effective communication. * Continuous improvement. * Analysis and decision-making. * Conflict resolution. * Teamwork. * Motivational leadership. * Organization. * Proactivity. * Customer focus. * Service orientation. * Intermediate English. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
