Opportunity for professional development and learning Grupo La Florida México, a leader in the food industry, is looking for your talent as a **QUALITY INTERN** to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our company. **REQUIREMENTS:** Student pursuing a degree in Food Engineering (preferred), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field (final semesters) Valid faculty insurance and tax status certificate Positive attitude, availability, and proactive mindset Monday to Friday, part-time (morning or afternoon shift — choice available) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in laboratory-scale weighing for tests Assist in laboratory-scale test production (e.g., jams, margarines, fruit pastes, coated candies, etc.) Monitor shelf life; perform pH, migration, and Brix degree analyses Sensory evaluation of samples (assess flavor profile, odor, and appearance of products) Support analysts in their tasks (VA follow-ups, margarine box migration staining, sensory evaluations, or industrial tests) Assist in shelf-life monitoring **WE OFFER:** Monthly stipend of $3,300.00 MXN Completion of professional internships and/or acquisition of work experience Opportunity for professional development and learning.
