Manages and coordinates operational teams. **OKKO Super Foods** is seeking a **Production and Packaging Supervisor** for the biscuit area, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising packaging operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality, food safety, productivity, and proper personnel management. **Location**: Airport Zone, Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production and packaging operations in the biscuit area. * Develop and monitor operational planning for day and night shifts according to the production schedule and commercial priorities. * Ensure compliance with the production schedule, timelines, volumes, specifications, startup procedures, and shift deliveries. * Directly supervise **3 line supervisors**, and indirectly coordinate an average of **40 assistants**. * Update and monitor the area's operational dashboard, ensuring reliable information for planning, schedule adherence, and KPIs. * Coordinate procurement of materials, packaging, corrugated boxes, and other supplies required for operations. * Monitor KPIs related to productivity, losses, order fulfillment, quality, attendance, and staff performance. * Manage operational deviations, rejections, non-conformities (NCRs), rework, line stoppages, and improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, food safety, occupational safety, housekeeping, and sanitation. * Support team development, discipline, training, and workplace environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of experience supervising production lines**, preferably in the food industry. * Experience coordinating operational personnel. * Proficiency in using **dashboards**, databases, or digital tools for production planning, KPI tracking, and daily operational data updates. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality, food safety, and continuous improvement. * Familiarity with production KPIs. * Availability to work on-site in the Airport Zone, Guadalajara. * Leadership, effective communication, organizational skills, planning ability, and results orientation.
