We have established ourselves as a strategic partner for organizations seeking innovative, safe, and efficient solutions for managing their technical and specialized processes. **Position Objective** To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to the General Director, ensuring efficient management of his/her calendar, confidential documentation, project coordination, and communication with the company’s technical, scientific, and corporate teams. **Hierarchical Location** *Reports to*: General Director *Subordinates*: None directly (coordinates administrative staff or external vendors) **Main Responsibilities** \- Manage the General Director’s executive calendar, meetings, and institutional commitments. \- Coordinate meetings with research and development teams, strategic partners, or regulatory entities. \- Prepare and review executive reports, technical minutes, and confidential documents for the executive team. \- Support corporate project management (contracts, agreements, applications, registrations). \- Manage accounting and administrative matters, including expense control, invoice review and processing, basic reconciliations, and coordination with external accounting services. \- Oversee internal and external communications for the General Director’s office. \- Develop executive presentations containing technical content or innovation results. \- Manage logistics for travel, corporate events, and institutional visits. \- Support the team in administrative, budgetary, and internal control tasks. \- Maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives for projects and sensitive documentation. \- Ensure absolute confidentiality of scientific and corporate information. **Required Profile** *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Public Relations, or related field. *Experience*: Minimum 2 years as an executive or director-level assistant. *Language*: Intermediate-to-advanced English required. French desirable. **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms. * Technical and executive writing. * Administrative coordination of projects. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Confidentiality and executive judgment. * Effective communication in multidisciplinary environments. * Adaptability to innovation-driven environments. * Task planning and prioritization. **Working Conditions** Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time.
