Test Technician

##### **Responsibilities:** * Perform functional, electrical, and environmental tests on components and systems according to test plans and established procedures, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Prepare and configure test equipment, test benches, tools, and necessary instrumentation for test execution. * Execute test protocols, record results, and document detailed non-conformities for analysis and correction. * Analyze basic test data, generate technical reports, and support interpretation of results for engineering and quality teams. * Collaborate in root cause identification through troubleshooting activities and contribute to implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain up-to-date test records, checklists, and equipment calibration logs; ensure compliance with standards and traceability. * Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize test methods, reduce execution time, and increase departmental efficiency. * Support prototype transfer to production through process validation and basic training of operators. ##### **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience executing tests and trials in manufacturing or laboratory environments. * Practical knowledge of test instrumentation: multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, environmental chambers, and product-specific test equipment. * Ability to handle technical documentation, interpret drawings and specifications; experience generating test reports. * Familiarity with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO, or other applicable standards) and good laboratory practices. * Basic data analysis skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for recording and analyzing results. * Minimum English proficiency for technical reading and basic communication with suppliers and international teams. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to clearly document findings, and collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams. * Willingness to work rotating shifts and perform tests requiring handling of parts and equipment. ##### **What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. * Recognition programs, company events, family activities, and educational discounts. * Inclusive environment with equal pay and opportunities for professional development.
