Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Coordinator committed to water hygiene and Legionella control to lead and supervise sanitary practices in the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate training programs on sanitation and good practices. **At Planet Hollywood Cancún, we seek a Quality Coordinator** committed to quality and adherence to sanitary standards, with solid expertise in **water hygiene and Legionella control**, who will lead and supervise hygienic practices across all hotel areas, ensuring safe environments for guests and staff, as well as compliance with applicable regulations and certifications. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and implement hygienic-sanitary processes in Food & Beverage, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Supervise Legionella control and prevention programs in water systems. * Ensure proper implementation of food safety standards (HACCP). * Support supervision and coordination of hygiene processes across all areas (FOH and BOH). * Conduct internal audits and follow up on findings and action plans. * Monitor water hygiene practices and overall sanitary conditions. * Prepare reports and indicators related to quality and hygiene. * Coordinate training on sanitation and good practices. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure a safe and healthy environment. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Tourism, or related field. * Experience in the hospitality industry. * Essential knowledge of Legionella control, prevention, and regulations. * Knowledge of Official Standards regarding Food and Beverages. * Knowledge of water hygiene. * Experience with food safety management systems (HACCP). * Experience in staff training. * Familiarity with AAA standards (4 and 5 Diamonds).
