Participation in national and international organic certifications PELSA GUADALAJARA, a Mexican company manufacturing animal feed proteins and organic fertilizers, with over 50 years in the market and a strong national and international presence, is seeking: **Position:** Quality Control **Industry:** Organic fertilizers / Agro-industry **Job Objective** Ensure that products meet guaranteed quality, correct batch release, inventory control, and compliance with organic certifications through microbiological and bromatological analyses. **Responsibilities** * Batch-level inventory control (raw materials and finished products). * Batch release based on specifications and analytical results. * Execution and interpretation of bacteriological analyses (PCR preferred). * Execution and interpretation of bromatological analyses. * Verification of compliance with guaranteed quality. * Compliance with and follow-up on organic certifications (OMRI, USDA\-NOP, EU or others). * Document control, traceability, and support during audits. **Required Profile** * Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in quality control. * Experience in microbiology and PCR (preferred). * Knowledge of bromatological analyses. * Experience in batch release and traceability-based inventory management. * Experience in organic certifications (preferred). **Competencies** * Attention to detail and technical judgment. * Organization and document control. * Ethics, responsibility, and regulatory compliance orientation. * Teamwork. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional stability and growth. * Direct participation in national and international organic certification processes.
