Our core pillar is grounded in the “People First” philosophy, delivering holistic and unique experiences that align each team member’s personal life stage with their professional career path. *Join our Team!* **Experience Required:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within the food or dairy beverage industry. * Laboratory work in microbiology and/or physicochemical analysis. * Participation in internal and external audits (BRC, HACCP, GMP, or other food safety schemes). **Technical Knowledge:** * Food safety and quality regulations (HACCP, GMP, KORE, or equivalents). * Microbiological techniques and physicochemical analyses applied to dairy products. * Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems for laboratory recordkeeping and traceability. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of non-conformance management and CAPA. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure monitoring and control of line operator processes (Operational Discipline Audits). * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), establishing standards for order and cleanliness while promoting adherence to master plans. * Ensure implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Support work teams in resolving issues arising from any deviation by applying root cause analysis methodology.
