**Café Brújula, a leading specialty coffee brand in Oaxaca**, is seeking a professional eager to grow within the specialty coffee industry as **Procurement Manager**, and to join a solid, expanding project with a long-term vision. **Workplace:** González Ortega No. 508, Col. La Noria, Oaxaca de Juárez **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise the end-to-end procurement process. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers. * Ensure timely supply of materials and services. * Generate and manage purchase orders in ERP. * Coordinate goods receipt and purchase validation. * Analyze costs and identify improvement opportunities across the supply chain. * Maintain up-to-date supplier catalogs and records. * Generate procurement, cost, and transaction reports. * Coordinate with warehouse, production, and operational departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply management, or logistics. * Proficiency in ERP systems and administrative control. * Strong negotiation and analytical skills. * Organizational ability, discipline, and operational follow-up. * Availability of time. * Sense of urgency. * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer** * Option for an indefinite-term contract contingent upon goal achievement. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits: * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Paid vacation days * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Job stability. * Excellent working environment. * Direct participation in creative and innovative projects. **Apply now and become part of a project that transforms passion for coffee into operational excellence.** Contact: talento@cafebrujula.com / 951\-171\-6070 with Lic.
