Manages inventories and monitors logistical tracking. Purchaser **Job Summary:** We are seeking a Purchaser to manage the supply of medical supplies, reagents, and equipment for our distribution line. The objective is to ensure operational stock levels and documentary management of products for delivery to end customers (hospitals and laboratories). **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Management:** Execute procurement of reagents, glassware, and medical consumables. * **Supplier Relationship:** Negotiate credit terms, delivery timelines, and technical support. * **Documentary Control:** Organize Certificates of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and health registrations. * **Logistical Tracking:** Monitor goods arrival and adherence to delivery dates. * **Inventory Management:** Ensure optimal stock levels to fulfill orders. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in health-related fields (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biomedicine) or Administration with experience in the sector. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in purchasing medical supplies or research materials. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Technical terminology (purity grades, laboratory materials). * Proficiency in **Aspel SAE** (purchase orders, inventories, catalogs). * Basic\-intermediate Excel. * **Skills:** Organization, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Work Location:** Gustavo Baz, Col.
