Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic, technical, and highly organized professional to strengthen our procurement department and ensure efficient supply of electrical materials and equipment. We are an engineering company specializing in medium- and low-voltage electrical solutions, participating in industrial projects requiring high technical expertise, strict control, and compliance. We aim to strengthen our procurement department with a **strategic, technical, and highly organized** professional possessing real-world experience in the electrical sector. **Position Objective** Ensure efficient supply of electrical materials and equipment, guaranteeing project-by-project control, cost optimization, and on-time delivery—particularly for technical procurement and import activities. **Responsibilities** * Generate and manage purchase orders per project * Manage procurement of **low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment**. * Request quotations, analyze, and negotiate with technical suppliers. * Validate technical specifications jointly with engineering. * Ensure full traceability for each purchase. * Control documentation (purchase orders, invoicing, advance payments). * Coordinate with sales, engineering, services, and warehouse departments. * Prevent urgent purchases through planning. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, International Trade, or related field). **Mandatory Experience** * 2–5 years of procurement experience in the **electrical sector**. * Demonstrable experience acquiring equipment such as: * Transformers * Electrical panels * Power circuit breakers * Medium-voltage switchgear * Industrial electrical materials * Experience in import operations. * Experience managing technical suppliers (domestic and international). **Technical Knowledge** * Specifications for low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment. * Basic ability to read technical datasheets and drawings. * Import processes and logistics costing. * Procurement in USD and foreign exchange rate management. * Purchase order and documentation control. **Key Skills** * Rigorous organization and control * Technical negotiation * Attention to detail * Analytical and financial thinking * Effective communication with technical departments **Important** This position requires REAL experience in technical procurement within the electrical sector. Candidates without knowledge of low- and medium-voltage equipment will not be considered.
