At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Ensure operational compliance, define production standards, and determine staffing requirements for various activities. * Monitor production programs; conduct operational audits; coordinate activities with operations departments, and manage projects or special requirements. * Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). * Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of their operations; establish action plans and follow-up on discrepancies or process deviations. * Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop action plans to correct deviations from objectives, conduct business reviews timely and effectively, and identify operational needs and opportunities. * Report to the Contract Logistics Site Manager. **What We’d Like You to Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations management. * Experience in third-party logistics. * Intermediate English proficiency required. * Availability to work flexible hours. **What’s in It for You?** Logistics shapes everyday life—from the products we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
