Senior IT Analyst Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Salary: $15,000 gross monthly Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with a midweek day off Job Description A company is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support, equipment maintenance, and operational incident resolution, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's technological tools. Responsibilities - Technical support for internal users - Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance - Installation and configuration of systems and software - Resolution of technological incidents - Basic administration of cybersecurity tools - Coordination with IT vendors - Control and inventory of technological equipment - Operational follow-up on network and connectivity issues Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, IT, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related areas - Proficiency in Office 365, Windows/Mac, basic networking, and cybersecurity tools - Functional knowledge of networks and connectivity - Experience in operational troubleshooting of internet, access points, cabling, and network devices - Basic/Intermediate English - Age: 25 years and older - Gender: Unrestricted Considerations We seek a candidate with functional knowledge of networks and connectivity, capable of providing operational follow-up on matters related to internet, access points, cabling, and network devices used in daily operations.
