




Job Summary: Ensure compliance with response time, case tracking, and resolution timelines while keeping the customer informed and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Objective: Ensure compliance with response time, tracking, and resolution timelines for assigned cases; keep customers informed; ensure timely and proper closure of cases with accurate documentation. Conduct proof-of-concept tests, demonstrations, product presentations, sizing, and use-case generation. Responsibilities: * Proof-of-concept testing * Sizing * Support activities * Product implementation * Technical support and maintenance * Handling incident-related requests * Resolution of technical queries * Report delivery Certifications in: * Check Point.
