At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient and reliable data flow from diverse sources into our data warehouse. * Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Perform data modeling and database design to optimize data storage and retrieval. * Implement data validation and quality processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Monitor and troubleshoot data systems and pipelines to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. * Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and data engineering best practices. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and recommend improvements to enhance data infrastructure and systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Experience in extraction, migration, validation, and reconciliation of historical data between legacy applications and new platforms * Strong knowledge of structured and unstructured databases, primarily Oracle * Experience in data management, processing, and harmonization/mapping across different information models * Knowledge of defining and validating business rules for data loading and ingestion * Experience in data integrity validation, error handling, reprocessing, and information reconciliation * Ability to coordinate technical migration and integration activities with multiple teams (Global, Data, Infra, vendor of the new application) * Technical analysis and troubleshooting skills during migration and integration processes * Conversational technical English due to continuous interaction with global teams * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) * Strong knowledge of Oracle and Ab Initio * Knowledge of network links * Shell scripting knowledge for Unix (desirable) * Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) * Knowledge of links * Experience with data modeling and database design principles * Familiarity with ETL tools and processes * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
