Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, where you will be responsible for: * Conducting functional understanding analysis, technical analysis, and requirement design with continuous and effective communication with user departments. * Coordinating various work teams to execute projects. * Performing administrative activities for project management and production deployment. * Addressing production issues by identifying root causes and implementing agile and effective solutions. * Training new team members through structured onboarding sessions. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems. * Years of experience: 3 years * Areas of expertise: Java, Oracle, Linux, SOAP Web Services, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project. * Required knowledge: Crisol V, agile methodologies. * Languages: Intermediate English * Willingness to travel: NA * Willingness to relocate: NA * Leadership and Proactivity At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
