**Administrative Security Coordinator** fully focused on office-based document control and management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all our personnel and contractors possess properly organized documentation, access credentials, and security files to operate without disruptions, with strict adherence to **Coca\-Cola FEMSA** standards and STPS regulations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Document and File Management:** Assembly, integration, and updating of physical and digital technical safety (EHS / HSE) files.
* **Credential Processing:** Full management of onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and assignment of credentials and access rights for personnel via client portals.
* **Coca\-Cola FEMSA Compliance:** Rigorous completion, validation, and tracking of forms, platforms, and specific requirements mandated by Coca\-Cola FEMSA.
* **Office Monitoring:** Tracking validity periods of medical examinations, IMSS (SUA) registrations, DC\-3 forms, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) assignments.
* **Administrative Liaison:** Coordination among on-site operational staff, Human Resources, and the client’s safety supervisors for seamless document flow.
**Profile Requirements:**
* **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in industrial safety document control, access management, or contractor administration roles.
**Desired Skills:**
* **Extreme attention to detail:** Ability to meticulously review documentation and prevent client rejections.
* **Organization and structure:** Capability to manage a high volume of files in an orderly manner.
* **Assertive communication and follow-up:** Proactivity in requesting and obtaining documents from technical staff and vendors on time and correctly.
* **Essential Knowledge:** Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency with **Coca\-Cola FEMSA** forms, requirements, and portals.
* **Desirable Certification:** Preferably registration as **DC\-5 with STPS** (External Training Agent), or solid knowledge of DC\-3 form issuance and validation.
* **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Safety; incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* **Software:** Proficiency in Excel (validity tracking, tables, reports).
Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month
