Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and maintenance, as well as service areas, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining room and kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaboration in food preparation and maintenance 2. Management of service areas and dining room 3. Support in kitchen and cleaning § Prepare coffee for staff, restaurant, and hotel meeting rooms. § Keep salad bar equipment chilled with ice. § Prepare bain-marie for food preparation. § Wash glassware and grills. § Prepare drinking water for staff and restaurant. § Wash cutlery, staff and restaurant dining trays. § Assist the cook, serve food, and deliver meals to the staff dining room. § Assist in the kitchen with the dishwashing machine during periods of heavy workload. § Change tablecloths and deliver them to the laundry. § Set cutlery for staff. § Prepare staff dining tables (sauces, napkins, etc.). § Wash and clean the staff dining room daily. § Deliver missing food items from the kitchen to the dining room. § Remain attentive to operational needs as they arise. § Adherence to Posadas policies, operations manuals, procedures, and standards.
