As Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability. * Develop and implement innovative beverage programs aligned with current trends and guest preferences. * Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize beverage pricing to maximize profitability. * Create and update beverage menus, including wine lists, cocktail menus, and non-alcoholic offerings. * Train, supervise, and mentor bar staff to ensure high service standards and product knowledge. * Collaborate with the culinary team to develop food-and-beverage pairings and special promotions. * Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for beverage supplies. * Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws, health regulations, and safety standards. * Analyze sales data and prepare financial reports to track beverage department performance. * Address guest inquiries and resolve any beverage-related issues promptly and professionally. * Stay informed on industry trends and introduce new products or techniques to enhance the beverage program. **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in beverage management or a related role, preferably in high-volume establishments. * Proven experience in developing successful beverage programs and managing costs. * Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. * Strong analytical and financial management capabilities. * Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations. * Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is highly desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. * Sommelier and/or mixology certifications are an advantage. * Familiarity with Mexican and international beverage trends. * Understanding of local alcohol laws and regulations. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. **Additional Information** **What’s in it for you:** * Learning programs through our Academies and the opportunity to earn qualifications while working. * Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your hotel and globally. * Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. **Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:** We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
