Leadership, team motivation, and problem solving. **Bar Assistant Manager Wanted** Responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in operational and administrative supervision of the bar area, ensuring beverage quality, consistency, and presentation, as well as proper staff performance. The role involves inventory management, supply control, schedule monitoring, incident handling, and generation of sales and productivity reports. This position requires **frequent visits and supervision of 8 branches**, ensuring compliance with service, hygiene, and operational standards, as well as correct implementation of promotions and improvements in the bar area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the bar manager in daily supervision and coordination of the team. * Ensure quality and consistency in beverage preparation and presentation. * Supervise staff schedules, tasks, and performance at the bar, including training and feedback. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and supply handling standards. * Manage bar inventory, orders, and supply control. * Address and resolve customer complaints or incidents related to the bar. * Collaborate in implementing promotions, product launches, and service improvements. * Substitute for the bar manager during absences, making operational and strategic decisions. * Generate reports on sales, productivity, and bar team performance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in cafés. * Marital status: Not specified. * Education: Completed high school; preferably a degree in gastronomy, hospitality, or related field. * Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, and operation of bar equipment. * Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,000.00 biweekly (equivalent to $18,000.00 nominal monthly salary) * Grocery vouchers: $700.00 monthly * Gasoline voucher: $1,000.00 monthly * Statutory benefits. * Daily complimentary beverage. * Subsidized meal. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment. * Growth opportunities. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team motivation * Customer orientation * Organization and planning * Problem solving * Working under pressure
