Job Summary: Support Servers in customer service to ensure a satisfying experience, performing table setup, stocking service stations, and handling glassware. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation Support Servers in all aspects of customer service to ensure customers have a satisfying experience. Requirements: * Completed secondary education * 1 year of experience in service and/or customer service roles. Responsibilities: * Greet customers as needed, according to established procedures. * Provide efficient and high-quality service to customers. * Responsible for table setup. * Responsible for stocking service stations. * Assist in seating customers at tables. * Responsible for proper handling of glassware. * Knows the full menu and is familiar with ingredients and preparation of all beverages and dishes. * Knows wine opening and serving techniques. * Serves beverages at the table if necessary.
