At the CHEDRAUI PALOMAS CEDIS, we are seeking a **Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor** for the area of: **Colonia Venecia, State of Mexico.** Preferred educational level: Completed bachelor's degree, Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years in a supervisor role within a CEDIS, preferably in areas such as order picking, receiving, management, etc.; personnel management skills; proactive and organized; proficient in Microsoft Office. **Medical Requirements:** **No sprains, fractures, recent injuries impairing mobility, or surgeries less than 6 months old** **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for controlling, supervising, and managing operations * Handling shipments * Supervising operational processes * Coordinating and organizing processes * Ensuring execution of operational processes * Recording productivity metrics * Managing assigned personnel and minimizing operational losses **Work Schedule:** Works Monday through Sunday with one weekday off; flexible availability (including shifts up to 12 hours per operation); monthly rotating shifts: * Morning shift: 6 AM to 2 PM, * Afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM * Night shift: 10 PM to 5 AM **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $14,500.00, paid biweekly via Santander payroll. * 10% food vouchers based on base salary. * Retention incentive of $4,500, divided into three payments: * \- First payment: $1,500 after 30 days from contract signing\- Second payment: $1,500 after 60 days from contract signing\- Third payment: $1,500 after 90 days from contract signing * **\*Payment is subject to absences and incidents; one absence results in full forfeiture of the bonus** * **IMSS** * **INFONAVIT** * **FONACOT** * **12-DAY VACATION** * **30-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS** * **25% VACATION PREMIUM** * **25% SUNDAY PREMIUM** * **PROFITS SHARING** * **COMPANY TRANSPORTATION** * **SUBSIDIZED DINING FACILITY ($23)** * **PARKING** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL** Salary: Starting at $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
