VALUE PROPOSITION: Base Salary: Starting at $1,740 per week. Variable Pay: $600 MXN. Statutory Benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. Working Conditions: 8-hour daily shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
