This role is part of a strategy to build key internal capabilities within the bank, combining young talent with accelerated learning through real-world projects. **Profile We Are Seeking** We seek **recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience**, possessing strong technical foundations, excellent attitude, and high growth potential.
