




Position Summary: We are seeking a Mixed Baker with experience in savory bread, sweet bread, and pastry production, as well as knowledge of fermentation processes and operation of industrial machinery. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating laminators, industrial ovens, and industrial mixers. 2. Knowledge of sourdough starters and fermentation processes. 3.
