We require: **IMSS Analyst with payroll experience** We seek an organized, analytical individual with experience in personnel administration, IMSS, and payroll, who wishes to develop professionally within a stable and growing company. **Main Responsibilities**: · Registering employee hires, terminations, and salary adjustments with IMSS. · Monthly and bimonthly reconciliations among SUA – IDSE – Payroll. · Monitoring and tracking employee medical leaves and ST\-7\ forms. · Recording and tracking personnel incidents in SUA and payroll systems. · Calculating and submitting bimonthly variable payments. · Supporting administrative processes related to payroll and social security. **Requirements**: · Education: Accounting or related technical degree candidate or graduate. · Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a headcount exceeding 2,000 employees. · Proficiency in SUA and IDSE systems. · Experience using IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT online portals. · Solid knowledge of IMSS and payroll processes. **We Offer**: · Net monthly salary of $12,000\. · Timely weekly payments. · Statutory benefits. · 21-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). · Savings fund. · Discounts and partnerships with various brands. · Professional development within Grupo Esperanza Join a Mexican company with over 50 years of history!
