




Position Summary: We are seeking an Artisanal Baker to produce high-quality bakery items, including sweet bread, savory bread, rustic bread, and sourdough products, as well as perform lamination processes. Opportunity for professional development in a gourmet café "Join one of the best Gourmet Cafés!" **ARTISANAL BAKER** **Key Responsibilities:** \- Produce high-quality artisanal bakery products \- Prepare bakery items (sweet, fermented savory, rustic, and sourdough products) \- Perform lamination processes (croissants/rolls) \- Monitor weights, fermentation times, temperatures, and dough consistency \- Package finished products with proper labeling for in-store sales \- Document minor adjustments, record incidents, and support continuous improvement **Requirements** **Education:** Preferably certified baker technician or certified course; completed high school diploma **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an artisanal bakery **Knowledge:** Glazing techniques, fine finishing, and recipe standardization **Skills:** Teamwork, honesty, initiative, results-oriented mindset, adherence to standards and procedures. **WE OFFER** \- Base salary (review after 6 months based on performance) \- Statutory benefits package (effective from day one) \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Work Location:** Colonia del Valle, CDMX, near Metrobús Poliforum Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $9,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
