




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, producing, and verifying product quality, while managing inventory and raw materials to maximize efficiency and meet standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and production. 2. Manage inventory and use raw materials efficiently. 3. Maintain quality and service standards. 1. Plan daily tasks and prepare all products in the assigned area to ensure quality, timeliness, and proper execution. 2. Meet bread production requirements according to established standards to ensure availability of all necessary products. 3. Verify order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the work area to ensure optimal conditions for performing tasks. 4. Request required raw materials from the immediate supervisor in a timely manner; organize and control area inventory to guarantee raw material quality and appropriate usage. 5. Utilize all raw materials or products efficiently to maximize yield without compromising staff or customer interests. 6. Unconditionally follow all instructions received from the immediate supervisor to deliver service meeting the company's required quality standards.
