C.P. 66660 **Position Objective:** Contribute to the efficient and safe execution of logistics operations (import and export of air, ocean, and land shipments), meeting established timeframes, costs, and quality standards. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Collecting and reviewing key client documentation (invoices, packing lists, consignments, permits, etc.) for shipment coordination. * Assisting coordinators in verifying information provided by clients and the sales team. * Accurately recording purchases and sales in systems such as CargoWise, ensuring data integrity. * Requesting client approvals for customs duty payments or additional costs when applicable. * Managing the assignment of approved carriers for pickups and deliveries, issuing clear transportation instructions. * Supporting the planning and execution of critical operations (hand carries, charters), ensuring adherence to defined timelines. * Monitoring shipment clearance with customs brokers and coordinating final deliveries. * Providing periodic updates to clients on shipment status and reporting incidents to the area supervisor. * Completing Data Quality to ensure accurate billing and sending invoices according to established terms. **Ideal Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in Freight Forwarding, international logistics, or related areas. * Knowledge of foreign trade documentation and customs procedures. * Experience with shipment management systems (preferably CargoWise). * Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. **What we offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Standard and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
