Real-time customer service and incident resolution **Job Description** ---------------------- Amedirh partner company is seeking a “FREIGHT FORWARDER” REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business. * 2 years of experience working at freight forwarders. * Minimum 3 years of direct experience working at a freight forwarder (prior experience at a cargo agency is mandatory). * Technical knowledge: Handling of consolidated cargo, general cargo, and perishable cargo. * Operational expertise in import processes (specifically routes from China and Los Angeles), use of shipment control systems, and KPI management. RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate and provide end-to-end tracking of air shipments (origin to destination). * Manage logistics operations at the freight forwarder, ensuring operational efficiency. * Prepare and validate quotations, guaranteeing profitability margins. * Supervise key documentation (HAWB, MAWB, BLs, invoicing, etc.). * Coordinate with international agents, carriers, and suppliers. * Manage import processes, especially those originating from China. * Provide customer service, real-time tracking, and incident resolution. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * + Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or International Business + \+3 years of experience at a freight forwarder or cargo agency (mandatory) + Knowledge of handling consolidated, general, and perishable cargo + Expertise in imports (China and Los Angeles) and shipment control + Proficiency in logistics systems and KPI tracking **Compensation** ---------------- 25000**Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
