If you are passionate about problem-solving, possess knowledge of industrial maintenance, and are committed to safety standards, this is your opportunity to grow in a challenging and dynamic environment! **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical equipment such as electrical panels, substations, surge protectors, etc. * Use the building automation system to monitor building conditions and facility equipment performance. * Perform preventive maintenance on industrial and operational control systems as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Respond to and provide service and feedback to customers on all work orders while ensuring compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards. * Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance. * Analyze and resolve work-related problems or assist workers in solving work-related problems. * Understand company policies and enforce safety standards. * Safely perform job functions, including adherence to appropriate safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout procedures, and use of PPE as required. * Operate various measurement, diagnostic, and testing instruments to help deliver efficiency solutions. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/drawings, updating assigned electrical drawings/schematics for modifications. * Operate a variety of equipment such as hand tools, laptops, and diagnostic hardware to perform work. * Maintain a strict schedule to succeed in assignments, yet demonstrate flexibility in daily activities and scheduling for the benefit of the customer. * Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor. Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent demonstrated. * Two years of experience in building and facility maintenance preferred. * Must be able to work from aerial lifts or scissor lifts at heights of up to 30 feet or more. * Must be a citizen of Mexico. Additional Information: * This position will require the ability to obtain a security access badge at our client's location. * This position may require various shifts, weekends, and alternate work schedules. Physical Requirements: * Requires the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. * Requires the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladders, step ladders, and stairs at least 10 times during a shift. * Requires the flexibility to repeatedly bend/crouch and squat during a shift. * Requires the ability to regularly kneel repetitively during a shift. * Requires the ability to repeatedly turn 90 degrees for position changes. * Requires the ability to repeatedly stretch/reach during a shift. * Requires the ability to walk extensively throughout the plant during a shift. * Requires the use of a Company/Client-approved utility knife. * Some tasks will require repetitive wrist motions. * Requires the ability to interact with all customers in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
