We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional and personal growth for all our employees. **Job Objective** Support the identification, analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, contributing to operational efficiency, waste reduction, and resource optimization through the use of analytical tools, documentation, and technical design. **Job Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (recent graduate), including professional internships or social service in process, engineering, or continuous improvement areas. * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (experience in plant layout is desirable). * Basic–intermediate proficiency in SolidWorks (part or workstation modeling). * Intermediate Excel (tables, charts, basic data analysis). **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support process mapping on the shop floor and documentation of operational workflows. * Create and update **plant layouts, workstation layouts, and material flow diagrams** in AutoCAD. * Generate basic models of components, devices, or workstation improvements in SolidWorks. * Participate in supervised time-and-motion studies. * Support implementation of 5S, visual standardization, and improvements in order and cleanliness. * Develop process diagrams, work instructions, and control forms. * Collect and organize operational data for efficiency analysis. * Provide support in Kaizen projects and improvement events. * Support validation of layout changes or area reassignments. * Prepare technical presentations of improvement results. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $11,000 to $13,000\. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits (Grocery vouchers, Life insurance, Savings fund, Free cafeteria). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. **Work Location:** Terminal 2 of AICM; for reference, we are 10 minutes from Pantitlán Metro Station.
