We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional and personal growth for all our employees. **Job Objective** Analyze, develop, and monitor processes, indicators, and controls within the asset security area—including KPIs, budgets, preventive and corrective maintenance, risk analysis, as well as creation of operational directives and protocols—with the aim of strengthening operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating risks affecting people, assets, and facilities. **Requirements:** · Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Engineering, Security, or related field). · Experience: 1\-2 years in analysis, asset security, or administrative/operational areas. **Competencies:** · Analytical thinking · Attention to detail · Organization · Effective communication · Results orientation · Teamwork **Functions and Responsibilities** · Monitor, analyze, and control KPIs for the asset security area. · Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. · Analyze incident trends and generate action plans. · Control and monitor the area’s budget. · Manage and monitor compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance of security equipment. · Develop, update, and standardize operational directives for security personnel. · Design and implement security protocols (emergencies, access control, incidents, contingencies). · Conduct risk analyses and identify vulnerabilities in processes and facilities. · Propose and implement risk mitigation actions. · Provide support and follow-up for internal and external audits (documentation, evidence, action plans). · Coordinate with security and maintenance service providers. · Validate proper documentation of incidents and events. · Maintain updated and reliable databases. · Promote continuous improvement in asset security processes. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary of $16,000 to $18,000\. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits (Grocery vouchers, Life insurance, Savings fund, Free cafeteria). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm **Work Location:** Terminal 2 of AICM; for reference, we are located 10 minutes from Pantitlán Metro Station.
