DE C.V. is seeking a Trainer in Iztacalco, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRAINER AND DO Work Location: Iztacalco Borough, MB Alamos REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor skills, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course and instructional material development RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the entire Corporate DNC process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Conduct scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and instructional materials Prepare descriptive course outlines and session plans for each course Deliver induction training for new employees Ensure legal compliance in training and instruction Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Operate the MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge WE OFFER: Salary: $15,000–$18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits and Savings Fund Timely payments Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Customer Service **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0ba8ee3900003800712828\&source\=indeed*
