We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Operations Technician to ensure equipment availability at a cement plant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical plant equipment.
2. Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures and identify root causes.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: Mechanical Maintenance Operations Technician at Cement Plant.**
Your primary mission will be to ensure the availability and operational continuity of critical mechanical equipment at the cement plant through preventive and corrective maintenance, immediate response to mechanical failures, and technical support to operations—ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards and operational efficiency.
**Your key challenges will include:**
· Responding to mechanical emergencies and failure reports on critical plant equipment.
· Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on: (mills, kilns, conveyor belts, crushers, hydraulic systems)
· Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic failures and identifying root causes.
· Interpreting hydraulic diagrams, drawings, and parts lists.
· Participating in major maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
· Coordinating operational personnel and contractors during maintenance activities.
· Working under high industrial safety standards and complying with LOTO, AST, and work permit protocols.
· Actively contributing to operational improvements and equipment optimization.
**Work Location:** Hermosillo Cement Plant
**Rotating Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime and occasional shift changes may be required depending on operations and major maintenance activities.
**Essential Requirements:**
· **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
· **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in heavy industries such as cement, mining, heavy manufacturing, metallurgy, or automotive.
**Technical Knowledge:**
· Hydraulic Systems: component repair, diagram interpretation, pressure and flow calculations, valve identification.
· Preventive and corrective maintenance
· Experience in cutting and welding (desirable).
